Trinity Training Co. is a membership-based health and wellness club located in Shady Hollow. Nestled on 1.5 acres, the campus features a co-work space, class studio, weight room, outdoor sauna and cold plunge, and pool.
Membership Options
We offer three tiers of membership:
Club Membership
Our base club membership gives you access to the facilities – the open gym, sauna, cold plunge, and co-work space.
Groupee Membership
A Groupee Membership gives you Club access, as well as secures your weekly Training session – whether you are in a Small Group or doing Personal Training.
