How do I book or cancel a class?
Download the Mindbody app and create an account! Seriously, it makes it so easy. If you’re on a browser, you can go here.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancel within 48-hours and you can keep your class credit and good graces. If you late cancel a session, we have to charge you… it’s just too late for us to fill your spot.
What do I need to bring to my training session?
Bring shoes and a good attitude. If you want to enjoy the sauna or cold plunge, bring a towel.
What do I need to bring to my yoga class?
Bring a mat if you have one. Otherwise we have extras available to borrow. If you want to enjoy the sauna or cold plunge, bring a towel.
What’s the dress code for the sauna?
Undies required. Towel requested. No sneakers. Flops a good idea. Shower is MANDATORY prior to use every time. Outdoor shower is right next to the water feature. This keeps the sauna free of dirt and body oils for all of us. Thank you!
Can I put water on the sauna rocks?
Yes, a very small (no more than 4tbsp) amount of water can be added to the rocks every 4-5 minutes to produce steam and rapidly increase sauna temperature. Please never pour large amounts of water, it will break the heating element. Please only use clean tap water. Please check with other sauna participants before adding water. Use Caution: the resulting steam could burn you.
The sauna and/or cold plunge wasn’t on when I arrived. Should I turn it on?
Yes! Press the red button on the polar plunge plug and the red button on the sauna remote (located to the left of the sauna against the fence) to turn them on, or inform us ahead of time (1hr notice ideal) and we’ll ensure they’re ready for you!
What’s the Well House?
The Well House is the house located at the front of our property. We are using the living are as a co-working space, and we currently have a midwifery practice (our beloved Home Birth Honey) and a bodyworker (the infamous Meg) using the bedrooms for their practices.
Is the we-work space available whenever? Do I have to let you know? Can I take calls/meetings?
The Well House is available for use as a co-working space during business hours. Please keep in mind the bedrooms are occupied by holistic practitioners… Calls/meetings are fine so long as they are at a respectable volume.
Are there food and drinks on-site?
Yup! We offer free bananas and coffee, and there are cold bevies and protein bites available for sale in the Gym. We also have refrigerators and microwaves in the Lounge and Well House so you are welcome to byo-protein shake or lunch.
Can I bring my kid?
Heck yeah. Babies in arms, toddlers in hand, small children under your supervision. No kids under 11 in the weight room. And no kid left unattended. There is no lifeguard on duty, so you must supervise your child. Teens between 11-14 must be with an accompanying adult in the weight room. We have an outdoor workout area perfect for getting your workout in while your kid plays.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely, but they must remain on leash and are prohibited from the bathrooms, spa, pool, and weight room. This is a requirement of our insurance. There is a kennel in the lounge if you wanna shack them up while you lift! And if they poop in the yard, please pick it up for feet’s sake.
Anything we missed?
