We provide quality, one-on-one, partner and small-group workouts, yoga classes, dance lessons, and wellness counseling. Sessions can be in-person at our spot in South Austin, at your place, or virtual.

Strength Training

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, maintain, or prepare for a fitness event (or birth!), our personal trainers will meet you where you’re at (figuratively and literally) to create a program specific to your timing, ability and needs.

Health Coaching

We believe that health starts in the gut. And we believe that every body is different and there is no one-size-fits-all diet plan or prescription. In our sessions, we will discuss your goals and your health history, and we’ll work together to create a plan specific to you.

Mobility Training

Flexibility expressed through strength, or strength expressed through flexibility, mobility uses motor control, balance and proprioception to make all of your body’s movement better. Improving the quality of your movement with these intentional sessions helps build confidence in your body’s ability to remain as injury-free as possible. 

Small Group Training

Workout with your friends! Our Small Group sessions provide personalized attention in a motivating group setting. Our trainers guide you through progressive strength workouts, ensuring proper form and technique while fostering camaraderie, support, and accountability among participants.

Yoga & Dance Classes

Reconnect with your mind and body, and find joy in movement with our Yoga and Dance classes. Perfect for all fitness levels, instructors will guide you through various poses, breathing techniques, and movement patterns to help you let loose, express yourself, and achieve inner peace and balance.

Track Club

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting, our weekly Track Club offers structured speed, endurance, and agility training to help you improve biomechanics, athleticism, stamina, lean muscle mass, and more. 90% of adults over the age of 30 never sprint again — don’t be one of them.
