Personal Training
We offer one-on-one personal training virtually and in-person. Our trainers will help you set SMART goals – goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Based. Together, we will then develop a plan to help you achieve those goals.
Our trainers are educated in weight-lifting, mobility, endurance and performance training, weight loss, and pre and post-natal exercise.
Small Group Strength Training
We also offer in-person small group training. These sessions are focused on heavy weight-lifting and conditioning, and they are more personal than you can expect from a larger bootcamp-style workout.
Group Fitness
If you are looking for an affordable weekly workout program with an incredible community, look no further than Relay. Will trains Wednesday’s at 5:30pm at The Long Center / Audishores.
